At Plant Boxx, we strive to ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition. However, if your plant arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at sales@plant-boxx.com within 3 days of the delivery date. This timeframe ensures we can address your issue promptly.
   
2. Provide Documentation: In your email, include the following:
   - Photos of the damaged plant.
   - Images of the packaging, including any damage to the box.
   - Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Assessment: Our customer service team will review your case based on the information provided in your email.

4. Immediate Replacement: Upon assessment and approval, we will process an order for an immediate replacement of the damaged plant.

5. Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, we will notify you and process a refund.

Please note that failure to contact us within 3 business days or provide the necessary documentation may result in the denial of your return or exchange request.
